Extremely well written. If you are looking for a comprehensive, yet concise guide to gluten-free living, this book is for you. It is well organized by topic, with current resources and specific recommendations. I especially enjoyed the detailed information from specific restaurants as well as the large number of delicious recipes. While I myself am not gluten-free, I will be traveling with a gluten-free friend this summer, and this book is the perfect resource. Highly recommend.

Sarah explained and really touched on everything a person needs to know about living with a gluten allergy or intolerance. Not only that but how a parent, spouse and family can learn and support them too. I really liked all of the hints, ideas, and specific products one can look for when shopping or eating, plus apps for your phone to also assist with easier grocery shopping when looking for legit gluten free ingredients. Every question I had was answered and more. She knows exactly what she is talking about because of her own experience as well as her education. Definitely grab yourself a copy!

I wish this book would have been around when I went gluten free two years ago because of a sensitivity. The book walks you through, step by step, what you need to know about being gluten free.
